When you sell a ticket, the buyer receives an email from Metooo. The ticket is attached to this email as a PDF file. The buyer can print it or show it from their smartphone at the event check-in, and in this case the check-in can be done by the event organizer through the Metooo Event Plan app.
Moreover, the ticket is available in the buyer’s personal area on Metooo, and inside the Metooo Event Fan app for event attendees.
However, sometimes the buyer might still contact you to ask for a copy of the ticket he/she bought.
In this case, to send a copy of the ticket, you can select the guest who made the request from the list of purchesers of the ticket, in the “My tickets” section of the event, then choose “send ticket” and insert the email address of the guest who required the copy.
