• Log in on Metooo, choose “Create new event” and follow the instructions until you get to the draft page of the event;
  • Choose the “Webinar” ticket from the options available to create the entrance ticket to your online event;
  • Scroll to the “Connect to Zoom” button on the ticket you are creating;
  • When opening the window, login on Zoom using your Zoom access credentials;
  • At the request “Metooo is requesting access to your Zoom account”, click on “Accept”;
  • The window will show your meetings already created on Zoom, you can choose an existing meeting or create a new one;
  • To create a new meeting click on “new meeting”;
  • Enter the required information: topic, login password (you can also leave the field blank, the password will self-generate) and description of the meeting;
  • The date of the meeting is get from the one you have already chosen when creating your event on Metooo, to change the date you just need to change that of the Metooo event;
  • Select now your meeting to connect to the event, to return to your Metooo event draft page. If you’re creating your meeting through Metooo, simply click on “save”, the meeting will be created on Zoom and associated to the entrance ticket on Metooo;
  • Finish creating the Metooo event page with the other information you want and publish the event, your online meeting is already connected.

Tip: remember to disable any extensions on your browser that block pop-up windows if you have problems installing the Metooo app for Zoom
